Michèle Wije is a curator and museum professional specializing in modern and contemporary art. She is currently responsible for exhibitions and curatorial affairs at the Yale University Art Gallery, where she recently curated the exhibition, Hans Hofmann.
Previously, she has curated, organized, and managed exhibitions for major institutions including The Metropolitan Museum of Art, the Katonah Museum of Art, and the American Federation of Arts. She was the curator for Whitfield Lovell: Passages, a traveling exhibition presented at six venues across the United States, and co-curated Lee Krasner: Geometries of Expression for the Ogunquit Museum of Art in Maine.
Wije has published widely on art, is a US member of the Association Internationale des Critiques d’Art (AICA-USA) and holds a PhD in Art History from the Institute of Fine Arts, New York University.

*All work must be picked up during the pick-up periods or a $20 late fee will be applied. If you cannot be there yourself, please arrange with a friend or family member to pick up your work for you. The Guild cannot be responsible for works left behind.
