Does your child just like to make things? This class is for the child who has a lot of ideas and loves to create!! Cut, draw, paint, and glue. We are going to make a themed project each week. We will cover the fundamentals of art and design skills while making fun take home projects they can enjoy! They will get to try all sorts of mediums: clay, collage, weaving, assemblage, printmaking. Sky’s the limit!
These prices include a materials fee for the class.
Michelle Schaffer holds a B.F.A from the Rhode Island School of Design. She works out of her studio in New Haven, where she explores her passion for the figure and works to communicate the complexities and beauty of the human form in relation to it’s environment.
