Students will learn the art of cartooning by creating their own storyboards and characters and then creating a comic book from start to finish! They’ll learn to create and draw their characters, show facial expressions, movement, and will learn cartooning techniques along the way.  Students will compose a story and draw it out in their own unique way, expressing their individual creativity.

Isabelle Abramson is a graduate from the School of Visual Arts in NYC. She graduated with a BFA in Comics, and specializes in sequential visual storytelling, fantasy and long-form stories such as graphic novels and long-running series. Isabelle teaches at the Scribble Art Workshop after school education program.
