Students will create creatures, characters and stories by developing their skills at observation and learning the basic techniques of illustration and rendering. Guided daily drawing exercises will help students to understand human anatomy and proportions in order to create exciting comic strips

Sara Ruiz is a recent graduate of Western Connecticut State University with a Masters in Fine Arts.  She received her undergrad degree in Art & Graphic Design from the University of New Haven.
