Our core art program allows students to enhance existing skills and develop new skills, by shuffling projects across a variety of media and subject matter. With a different focus each day, students will paint, draw, sculpt, and explore the arts through the use of different materials and methods. Students have creative freedom within each daily project to develop their own concepts,while mastering the elements and principles of art and design.

With over 30 years of experience teaching art from elementary through high school, Mira is an energetic and gifted educator who passionately inspires students through creativity. Specializing in pastel, paint, and multimedia, Mira brings a diverse artistic skill set to both teaching and professional practice. As an award-winning artist, Mira currently exhibits work in various venues alongside notable collectors. A signature member of numerous local, regional, and international artist associations, Mira has also received multiple educational and pedagogical grants in recognition of a strong commitment to art education.
