Come join a community of other artists who love drawing people. This workshop is appropriate for artists at every level. In this workshop we will review the guidelines for drawing faces and features as well as focusing on breaking down the human form in a way that is approachable for those wishing to draw people from life. This class aims to give you the skills to attend open drawing sessions with confidence.
Students enrolled in this class may stop by our other studio at the end of class to sketch from a model for a small fee. Please email education@ridgefieldguild.org for more information.
This class is limited to 6 students and must have a minimum of 3 enrolled students to run.
A materials list will be given at sign up.
Michelle Schaffer holds a B.F.A from the Rhode Island School of Design. She works out of her studio in Ridgebury CT, where she explores her passion for the figure and works to communicate the complexities and beauty of the human form in relation to its environment. @regan_schaffer
