While combining mediums the class will practice skills in drawing, painting, collage and assemblage. We will be drawing from the costumed model, still life, nature from imagination and work with pictures and objects.

Various techniques and careful personal direction will be offered as well as some discussion about professional artists especially those who work in Mixed Media.

Personal style and self expression is celebrated and encouraged.  If students have found or collected objects or imagery they would like to incorporate into their art -it’s welcomed but supplies and fodder will be provided.
