During the first half of this one-day workshop students will learn to make multiple prints using the gel plate, acrylic paints and a variety of tools to create layered prints. This is a fun, user friendly way to print without a press or any printing experience. In the afternoon each student will complete a collage using their prints and other papers that will be supplied.

Supplies included. No need to bring anything except your ideas and if you have any favorite papers that you would like to include in your collage.

Painter Nash Hyon has had her work in numerous museum exhibitions and collected by both individuals and companies including the Jackson Laboratory for Genomic Research. Her paintings in a range of media reflect her interest in process, materials and using visual art to express ideas about and concerns with our changing world. She has been sharing her insights, knowledge, and experiences with students for over 20 years.
