Character design is an integral part of developing cartoons and comic strips. This class for our pre-teen campers will break down the character design process. By exploring characters from well known franchises like Pokemon, Marvel and DC,  the kids will plan their own unique characters. Using traditional art media, campers will be able to develop recognizable characters they can use for future cartooning artistic projects. 

About Izzy:

Isabelle Abramson is a graduate from the School of Visual Arts in NYC. She graduated with a BFA in Comics, and specializes in sequential visual storytelling, fantasy and long-form stories such as graphic novels and long-running series.

Class is for children that are 8+
